Rapport de janvier 2013 sur la construction des latrines d'Adankwame

Le coordinateur local du projet, le P. Daniels, nous a adressé en date du 16.1.2013 le rapport suivant sur l'état de la construction des latrines :

REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION OF KVIP AT SPIRITAN TECHNICALVOCATIONAL INSTITUTE-ADANKWAME

1. PREPARATION OF SITE: Clearing of the site for the toilets were done by the students and two men representing the Parents Association. Tree stumps were removed from the demarcated place to make the excavation work very easy.

2. EXCAVATION: Excavation for two separate KVIP of 3m length X7m depth from the ground was done to begin the work. Due to the hardness of the area excavator machine was rented to do the excavation.

3. COLUMNS: Seven (7) columns from the ground to the surface were erected in the two manhole. These are to hold the entire structure of the KVIP.

4. Already completed is the casting of concrete on the ground of the two manholes thus 20cm or 8 inches.

5. We have also laid five (5) feet height of 6ins blocks from the ground for the two KVIPs.

6. The foundation of the structure –KVIP have also been laid out

7. In addition, all the blocks for the structure have been moulded.

The Substructure is 95% completed.
